# 工作簿

Soulver 将您的工作表保存到一个名为“sheetbook”的单个库文件中（文件扩展名为 .sheetbook）。

### 在设备间同步 sheetbook

Soulver 使用 iCloud 在 Mac、iPad 和 iPhone 之间同步表。请确保每台设备都登录同一个 iCloud 账户，以便将一台设备上的更改同步到其他设备。

在 Mac、iPad 或 iPhone 上，打开 **Settings > General**，启用 **Sync sheets across your devices**。

### **打开不同的 sheetbook**

Soulver 一次只能打开一个 sheetbook 文件，因此如果您打开了另一个 sheetbook 文件，您之前打开的 sheetbook 将会被关闭。

您可以通过在 Finder 中双击 sheetbook 文件，或通过“打开”对话框来打开一个 sheetbook。

### Sheetbook 备份

Soulver 会每天为您备份您的 sheetbook，以防万一。要从备份中恢复，请转到 `File > Backups`，选择一个备份，然后点击“Restore from Backup”。
