# HTML Email

Send your sheet as a formatted email, with calculations and answers displayed together in the message. Recipients can read it without installing Soulver.

Emails are sent through Soulver’s email service and are formatted for Apple Mail and Gmail.

## On Mac

Open your sheet and choose **File > Export…**. Select **Styled Email** as the export format, adjust the appearance if needed, then click **Send** to open the email composer.

## On iPad & iPhone

In the sheets list, touch and hold a sheet, then choose **Export… > Email**.

## Sending your email

Enter the recipient’s email address, your name and email address, and a subject. Review the preview, then select **Send**.

**Privacy**

We don’t see the contents of your emails. The email service does not store your sheet, your email address, or your recipients’ addresses.
